Club-Hosted-Tournaments

To register for any of the dates below, send an email to Marty Mozzochi at mozzochi2@comcast.net. This will hold your spot until payment is received, which will then confirm your entry into the tournament.

The cost for each tournament is $125, payable by cash or check to OJVA.

Tournament Information

All tournaments start at 8 am -

Doors will open at 7:15 am, Coaches meeting at 7:30 am, first whistle at 8 am sharp

Roster requirements -

A current webpoint roster must be turned in at the coaches meeting

Rosters must be printed during the week of the tournament, with the date printed on it

There must be at least one rostered adult certified for officiating and at least three certified scoreekeepers. (For 12's there must be an additional rostered adult certified in score keeping, for each team)

Whistles -

Coaches, please be sure you have a whistle for your R1 & your R2

Admission Fee -

There is a small admission fee charged for all spectators

Facility Rules & Highlights -

Absolutely NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK allowed in the facility. No coolers, coffee, sack lunches, etc.

Water in reusable bottles is of course welcome

As per our policy posted on the CEVA website, there is no "camping" in the parking lot area. That includes setting up tables and chairs, pop up tents or canopies. This is the policy of our Property Management and we appreciate your adherence.

Each court has its own bleachers that can seat up to 36 people so we have a fair amount of seating. Outside chairs are allowed on the wood floor only if they have a protective towel or mat placed underneath.

The Courtside Cafe will be open in the morning with coffee, espresso, muffins and fruit. For lunch, made to order sandwiches, quesadillas and chicken bento. Please keep all food and beverages purchased in the Cafe on the cement. Water only on the hardwood surface.
